What causes brown spots, also known as age spots or sun spots?

Pigment spots can appear on the skin for different reasons. Some of the most common are: pregnancy mask, sun exposure or age spots. The appearance of spots can also be due to acne, ingrown hairs or injuries. Irritation of any kind of the epidermis can lead to an increased production of melanin. This overproduction of melanin results in small spots that are darker than our skin color, of varying sizes. Although they are harmless, it is important to monitor their evolution and consult a dermatologist if necessary.

Hyperpigmentation of the skin can be embarrassing for some people. To prevent the appearance of spots, remember to apply SPF 50+ sunscreen before each exposure to the sun (yes, even if the weather is gray!). Protecting your complexion from the sun's rays is essential to limit the appearance of new spots. For spots due to scars (from acne or ingrown hairs), we can only advise you not to touch them, even if it's hard! Let the skin heal at its own pace by helping it with adapted creams is the only solution to eliminate this type of spots.

How to remove brown spots from the face?

Knowing everything about brown spots is essential before choosing a treatment. Depending on your skin texture, the pigmentation spot will be more or less difficult to remove. The cause of the appearance of this spot is also to be taken into account. It is easier to remove a spot caused by a scar than a spot caused by old age, for example. To get rid of spots on the face, using a natural serum applied topically with a brown spot cream is a good start. Try to implement a quick treatment at the first sign of spots on your face or body. Fruit acid peels should also be part of your routine. AHAs promote cell renewal which helps diminish spots, radiance guaranteed!

How to choose the best depigmenting cream?

To find the best anti-pigmentation cream, look at the organic products! You will certainly find an effective cream, rich in natural active ingredients that will help reduce your pigmentation spots. An organic and natural cream will give your skin everything it needs, without stripping it or irritating it! A natural glow is much better than an aggressive treatment in an institute. Your cream should be :

 -  soothing, to calm inflammation caused by hyperpigmentation
 -  with a high SPF factor, to protect your skin from UV rays
 -  antioxidant.

In addition to this cream, once or twice a week, use a plant-based peel to smooth the skin texture. It lightens brown spots as well as a dermatological treatment but gently.

Kadalys' organic beauty routine to treat your pigmentation spots

To help you diminish the appearance of your spots and make them disappear, we have created a three-step routine made of organic and natural ingredients. The ingredients of Kadalys' anti-spot products are all carefully selected and have an effective action. The organic clarifying lotion is to be used in the morning to wake up your skin. Its formula is made with lemon water, known for its antioxidant properties, which will help protect your skin from the sun. It is also designed to brighten the skin evenly. Second step in the routine: moisturizing! Use the lifting day cream, followed by a sun protector with high SPF (50 minimum) to even out your skin tone. The wheat bran extract present in the composition helps regulate melanin, the appearance of brown spots is reduced. Last step of the routine, the peeling! The fruit acids present in the organic vegetable peeling rid the skin of these dead cells, hydrate it and give it radiance. The complexion is luminous and unified. To be done once or twice a week.

The best advice we can give you is to protect your skin, winter and summer. Moisturize your skin, protect yourself from the sun, don't mess with your scars and be patient when trying to get rid of your spots. The results of any treatment are only visible after 2 to 3 months! So it's best to go natural to avoid damaging your skin with products that are too aggressive.
