Your order

Your order is validated once payment is accepted by Kadalys. Thus, we reserve the right to refuse an order if the customer already has a dispute with Kadalys or if Kadalys considers that the customer carries a risk of non-payment. We then reserve the right to ask the customer for additional information if we consider it necessary, such as an identity document or proof of address. If the customer does not respond within 5 days of the order, the order and payment are canceled. Kadalys undertakes to honor orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.

Expeditions

Orders are processed and shipped weekdays Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will be processed the next business day. We do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible.

Returns

Any customer can request the return of their product within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns of orders shipped in mainland France and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the customer.

To return one or more products:

  1. The product must be in perfect resalable condition, in its original condition (packaging, accessories), duly sealed, unused and accompanied by the return number. An opened and/or used product will not be refunded.
  2. Complete the Return Form downloadable here , print it and insert it in the package with the returned product(s).
  3. Write an email to contact@kadalys.com with the subject “Return request” specifying your order number, and the product(s) you wish to return.
  4. Return the product(s) to the following address: NEOLYS - Boulevard d'Italie quai 607 - 77127 Lieusaint
  5. Upon receipt of the products and after checking their condition, Kadalys will reimburse them.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claims. If the item is refused for non-compliance, we will return it to you at our expense.

When the order was accompanied by a gift offered under conditions – for example, gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached – if you return products and the remaining amount of your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer , in this case you must also return the gift to us in order to be reimbursed (see our T&Cs for more details).
