    Material:

    2 Bowls

    Deep fryer or frying pan

    Ingredients :

    5 Bananas from Guadeloupe & Martinique

    1 egg

    200 g breadcrumbs

    50 g sugar

    1/2 liter of oil for frying (sunflower or rapeseed)

    Preperation :

    Cut both ends of the bananas then cut them in half.

    Remove the core from the banana flesh.

    Crack an egg into a bowl, beat it, then pour the breadcrumbs into a second bowl.

    Pass each banana cylinder through the beaten egg and then the breadcrumbs and set aside.

    Heat the oil in a deep fryer (or alternatively in a frying pan).

    Once the oil is hot, place the banana fritters in it. Turn them regularly to obtain a homogeneous cooking.

    Once the donuts are golden brown, place them on a plate covered with absorbent paper then sweeten them generously.

    Enjoy plain, with a little spread or melted chocolate.
