Myrtle is a small tree with small white flowers that bloom in June and July. The fruits of myrtle look like small purple berries
Myrtle has astringent, revitalizing and softening properties. It is rich in oligogalacturonans (carbohydrates formed from several sugars), called longevity proteins, it protects skin cells and prevents their aging.
Our extract limits the aging induced by oxidative stress. Rich in phenolic compounds, it strengthens the protection of the skin by stimulating the natural defenses and neutralizing the chemo-induced free radicals.
