    Material :

    • 1 oven
    • 1 cake mold
    • 1 salad bowl

    Ingredients :

    • 2 ripe bananas from Guadeloupe & Martinique
    • 3 eggs
    • 110 g of sugar
    • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
    • 150g butter
    • 250g flour
    • 1/2 sachet of baking powder
    • 150 g of walnuts

    Preparation :

      1. Preheat the oven th.6 (180°C).
      2. Peel the 2 bananas and mash them using a fork.
      3. Beat the eggs with the sugar, the vanilla sugar then the melted butter. Add the flour and baking powder that you have previously sifted. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
      4. Add the crushed bananas and chopped nuts to your preparation and mix again.
      5. Butter a cake mold then pour the mixture into it. For decoration you can add a banana cut in 2 on top.
      6. Bake for approximately 45 minutes. To know if your cake is cooked, stick your knife blade into the cake, if it comes out clean it is ready to come out of the oven.

    To be enjoyed after letting it cool for a moment, accompany it with a cup of tea or hot chocolate and enjoy.
