Article 1 – Organizer

SHB SAS, operating under the Kadalys brand, registered with the Fort-de-France Trade and Companies Register under number 534 548 656, with its registered office located at ZAE PÉPINIÈRE AGRO-ALIMENTAIRE, HABITATION CHOISY, 97212 SAINT-JOSEPH, Martinique, represented by its President, Mrs. Shirley BILLOT, is organizing a prize draw requiring a purchase.

Article 2 – Eligibility Conditions

Participation in this purchase-required prize draw is open to any individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) who meets the following conditions:

• Must be 18 years of age or older;

• Must reside in France (including Corsica and the French Overseas Departments and Regions) or Monaco;

• Must have placed at least one order on the official KADALYS website: https://www.kadalys.com between April 24, 2025, at 7:30 PM (French time UTC+2), corresponding to the newsletter launch date, and April 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM (French time UTC+2). Orders placed through partner marketplaces are not eligible;

• Must have read and accepted the contest rules available here;

• Must have subscribed to the KADALYS newsletter before or at the time of placing the qualifying order.

Participation must be fair. Any attempt to alter or manipulate the contest mechanism or its results by any means is strictly prohibited.

No minimum purchase amount is required. The French Beauty Box Éclat 2025 is excluded from this contest. Only one entry per individual is permitted throughout the duration of the contest (same first name, last name, postal address, and email address). In the event of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, only the participation associated with the highest order value will be retained.

SHB SAS (Kadalys) reserves the right to cancel, at any time and without prior notice, the participation of any Participant who has failed to comply with these Rules. Such cancellation will result in the invalidation of the Participant’s entry and disqualification from winning the prize.

The following persons are expressly excluded from participation: employees, members, or any individuals holding a position within SHB SAS (Kadalys), as well as employees or representatives of partner companies and service providers involved in organizing the contest, and any person holding shares or ownership interests in any of the aforementioned entities.

Participation in this contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules. No claims or disputes will be accepted.

Article 3 – Contest Mechanics and Winner Selection

A random draw will be conducted on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, using the Spin the Wheel tool, among all eligible orders placed during the contest period: from April 24, 2025, at 7:30 PM (French time UTC+2), corresponding to the time the contest-launch newsletter was sent to SHB SAS (Kadalys)’ customer database, until April 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM (French time UTC+2).

Any participation submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

SHB SAS (Kadalys) reserves the right to extend the contest at any time without prior notice.

The draw will designate one winner who will receive a full reimbursement of the eligible order amount, including shipping costs.

Article 4 – Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

The winner will be contacted by email at the address used when placing the order, within 48 hours following the draw.

Important: The winner is responsible for checking their inbox, including spam and junk folders, and must respond within fifteen (15) calendar days to confirm acceptance of the prize.

If no response is received within this period, the prize will be awarded to another participant selected from the remaining eligible entries on Thursday, May 15, 2025.

The reimbursement will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

Article 5 – Prize

The prize consists of a full refund of one Kadalys order (including products and shipping costs) placed during the contest period on the official KADALYS website: www.kadalys.com.

No cash alternative, exchange, or other compensation may be requested.

Article 6 – Personal Data

Personal data collected as part of this contest on our website is used solely for the administration of the prize draw, contacting the winner, and processing the prize reimbursement.

Certain data, including email addresses used to subscribe to the SHB SAS (Kadalys) newsletter, will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Such data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy applicable to orders placed on our website, available on our dedicated “Personal Data” page.

Data will be retained for the periods specified in our Privacy Policy.

Article 7 – Liability

SHB SAS (Kadalys) shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure, technical issues, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
