Our laboratory and innovation process

We develop exclusive, 100% natural bioactives derived from the banana tree. Our approach is based on eco-extraction using supercritical fluids and patented technologies. This "plant chemistry" allows us to extract the beneficial properties of plants while minimizing environmental impact. Our expertise covers the entire process, from sourcing raw materials, such as banana flowers, stems, and fruit, to analytical characterization and the industrialization of our ingredients. We specialize in developing natural ingredients for beauty, health, and nutrition.

The banana plant is at the heart of our research, a "giant and benevolent herb" with "a thousand uses." Each part of this plant possesses recognized phytotherapeutic functions and uses in the traditional medicine of the French West Indies.

The leaves are used for their antioxidant and healing properties. The sap (latex) promotes healing and stops bleeding. The flower can improve lactation and regulate the menstrual cycle. The roots are used as a vermifuge and to treat abscesses and coughs.

This diversity of actions demonstrates the incredible richness of the banana plant, which is an emblem of ecological balance and contributes to biodiversity.

Josh Ghaim, Doctor of Pharmacy and cosmetics innovation specialist, previously led Global Research & Development for Johnson & Johnson Consumer.
Patrick Poucheret, Doctor of Pharmacy and researcher in nutrition and health sciences, leads a research team dedicated to studying the health benefits of natural bioactive compounds.
