Squalane is derived from the fermentation of sucrose from sugarcane. It is part of our hydrolipidic film and sebum. The plant-based squalane is primarily sourced from olive oil; however, we have selected plant-based squalane from sugarcane because this version is eco-friendly, renewable, and sustainable.
Its moisturizing, softening, and soothing properties are used to leave a light protective film on the skin, thereby protecting it from dehydration. It penetrates quickly and leaves a silky finish on the skin.
It strengthens the lipid barrier and restores softness and suppleness to the epidermis. As an emollient, it softens and smooths your skin while preventing dehydration.
